Absolutely. Please get in touch via my contact form or email info@chloelaheney.com to discuss your ideas.

For any additional details before starting the process please visit my bespoke page here.

THE STONE / METAL I AM AFTER ISN'T AVAILABLE AS AN OPTION ON A MADE-TO-ORDER PIECE

If you would like a made-to-order piece created in a metal other than sterling silver or 9ct gold please get in touch, alternative metals can be processed as a bespoke order.

The same applies if you would like a specific gemstone. Pending availability gemstones can be sourced for bespoke customisations.

Please note both of these options will likely increase the cost of the original item.

CAN YOU CREATE PIECES USING A CUSTOMERS EXISTING GEMSTONE/S?

Yes, however some stones may not be suitable. Please get in touch via info@chloelaheney.com with as much information as possible (stone, measurements, pictures, etc) and we can go from there.

CAN YOU RECYCLE METALS AND JEWELLERY I ALREADY OWN?

Unfortunately, at the moment I am unable to melt down and repurpose metals from pre-existing jewellery.

HOW LONG WILL MY JEWELLERY LAST?

All pieces are handmade with solid precious metals and are never plated, meaning your pieces will last a lifetime if cared for correctly.

Please visit my jewellery care page for further details on caring for your pieces.

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELLERY IN WATER?

Yes. However please avoid harsh chemicals as well as wearing your jewellery in chlorine pools and spas as these can cause damage to your piece/s as well as speed up the tarnishing process. Best practice is to remove your jewellery when showering, bathing, and swimming and to wear gloves when undertaking household cleaning.

For further information on jewellery wear and tear please visit my jewellery care page.

WHY IS MY JEWELLERY DISCOLOURING / TARNISHING

Overtime it is normal for your jewellery to tarnish or discolour slightly. This is due to many reasons including but not limited to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, storage, and the acidity of each individuals skin.

To avoid tarnishing please use the polishing cloth included with your order to wipe your jewellery clean after each wear. Additionally follow the tips on my jewellery care page to further avoid tarnishing.

Please note sterling silver pieces are the most susceptible to tarnish.
