All pieces are handmade with solid precious metals and are never plated, meaning your pieces will last a lifetime if cared for correctly.
Always store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, in the jewellery pouch provided with your order.
Jewellery is delicate. Always try your best to avoid contact with hard surfaces whilst wearing your jewellery to avoid damage to the metal and/or stones.
Tarnishing is a natural process than can be accelerated by several factors. Whilst wearing your jewellery please avoid harsh chemicals as well as wearing your jewellery in chlorine pools and spas as these can cause damage to your piece and speed up the tarnishing process.
Best practice is to remove your jewellery when showering, bathing, and swimming and to wear gloves when undertaking household cleaning.
Chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, storage, and the acidity of each individual's skin can all affect the rate at which your jewellery may tarnish.
To avoid tarnishing please use the polishing cloth included with your order to wipe your jewellery clean after each wear.
Please note sterling silver pieces are the most susceptible to tarnish. I work with oxide resistant sterling silver in an effort to minimise this.
CLEANING YOUR PIECEAdd some dishwashing liquid to warm water and leave your piece to soak for 5 - 10 minutes. Rinse the liquid off and pat dry with paper towel or a soft cloth.
If you are unsure about how to clean your specific piece, or believe it may need a little extra love to remove excess grime, please do not hesitate to reach out for further guidance.
