SHIPPING
Due to the handmade nature of each piece please allow up to 6 weeks for your piece to be made with love and shipped.
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking and require signature on delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and is on it's way to you.
If purchasing a bespoke piece, gold, or anything of significant value I highly recommend selecting shipping with insurance. This covers your order and allows me to replace it for you at no cost if your order is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged. Please note if you do not purchase insurance and your piece is lost or damaged in transit your piece will need to be replaced at your own cost. More information can be found below under refunds & returns.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Chloe Laheney is not responsible for any costs relating to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order. You the customer are solely responsible for any charges imposed by local custom authorities and your order is no longer my responsibility once it has been completed and shipped.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of each piece I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect sizes, or general wear and tear. Please select your ring size carefully.
Chloe Laheney holds no responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post.
I highly recommend purchasing a shipping option with insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance will cover your order and allows me to replace it for you at no cost in the event your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. This process can begin once the claim has been acknowledged and approved by Australia Post. This does not cover a refund of your order, only a replacement.
MANUFACTURING FAULTS:
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault or issues due to poor craftsmanship please get in touch here or via info@chloelaheney.com. Items deemed faulty within 12 months from date of purchase due to a manufacturing fault may be repaired, refunded, or remade at no cost.
Manufacturing faults will be assessed on a case by case basis. You will be required to provide your order number or proof or purchase, as well as information on the fault and supporting photos.
Manufacturing faults do not include, general wear and tear, incorrect size at checkout, gemstone damage from accident or wear, or poor care of your piece. Handmade jewellery is delicate and should be cared for with love. To learn how to care for your jewellery visit my jewellery care page here.
